  • Prepare and manage all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and other related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents with customs regulations, buyer requirements, and international trade laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to collect necessary information for documentation.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure timely filing and dispatch of shipping documents to buyers, banks, or relevant authorities.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of export documentation for audits and reference.
  • Update and maintain ERP or export documentation software, where applicable.
  • Track Letter of Credit (L/C) terms and ensure compliance when preparing documents.
  • Stay updated on changes in export regulations and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
