Key Responsibilities

  • Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and letters of credit
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and transporters
  • Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and company policies
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international customers
  • Communicate with overseas buyers regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and payments
  • Prepare export quotations and negotiate terms when required
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and reports
  • Monitor foreign exchange regulations and payment realization
  • Resolve export-related issues such as delays, documentation errors, or customs queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field
  • Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade practices
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in export operations or international trade
  • Experience dealing with overseas clients and logistics partners

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with coordination across departments and external agencies
  • May require interaction across different time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
