Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Import & Export Executive to manage and coordinate all international shipments related to medical devices. The role involves handling regulatory documentation, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and compliance with Indian medical device regulations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export operations of medical devices and spare parts.
• Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, COO, and Insurance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with CDSCO, DGFT, Customs, and Medical Device Rules (MDR 2017).
• Manage import licenses, IEC, HS codes, and regulatory clearances.
• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Handle duty calculations, exemptions, and related compliance.
• Maintain records for audits, traceability, and regulatory inspections.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and customs queries.
• Support export documentation for overseas customers and distributors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in import/export, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.
• Good knowledge of Customs procedures, DGFT, CDSCO, and MDR 2017.
• Familiarity with HS codes, import duties, and Incoterms.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
