Import Export Executive

- Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

- Manage communication with suppliers, buyers, and shipping agents.

- Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, tariffs, and shipping procedures.

- Coordinate with teams for smooth cargo movement and inventory management.

- Assist in negotiating terms with overseas partners and tracking shipments.

- Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in import-export or logistics.

- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with shipping software.

- Basic understanding of international trade laws.
