Supply Chain Executive

Order & Inventory Management:

. Monitor daily e-commerce orders from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

· Coordinate with warehouse team for timely picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

· Ensure accurate inventory availability across all platforms and update stock in ERP and marketplace portals.

. Perform regular stock reconciliation with warehouse and marketplace backend.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination:

· Manage courier service providers and 3PL logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.

· Track shipment status and resolve logistics issues like delayed delivery, lost shipment, or return disputes.

Ensure adherence to shipping SLAs and packaging guidelines of marketplace platforms

Vendor & Platform Coordination:

· Coordinate with marketplace account managers for operational queries, return claims, performance matrix, and policy compliance.

· Communicate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to streamline order processing.

Return (RTO) & Reverse Logistics Handling:

· Manage return shipments (RTO & Customer returns) and ensure timely inward and reconciliation.

Analyze return reasons and work with quality teams to reduce return ratio and operational losses.

Documentation & Reporting:

· Maintain GRN, delivery challan, shipping invoice, and other logistics documents.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to order status, delivery performance, returns, and logistics costs.

Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and platform documentation mandates (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
