Export Documentation Executive & Accounts

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are a perishable goods exporter and are looking for an experienced Export Executive who can independently handle export documentation, incentive claims, GST compliance, and accounts. The role requires hands-on knowledge of time-sensitive export operations and government export benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Export Operations & Documentation

Prepare and manage export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, Phyto Certificate, Insurance, lab testing reports etc.

Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, cold chain transporters

Monitor shipment schedules for perishable cargo and ensure timely dispatch

Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, APEDA regulations. Export Incentives & Benefits

Claim and track RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and other applicable export incentives

Ensure correct HS code, incentive rates, and shipping bill declarations

Coordinate with CHA and DGFT for incentive realization

Prepare export invoices (LUT / Bond / IGST as applicable)

Prepare sales/purchase invoices and maintain export billing records

Maintain accounts entries related to export transactions for audits and reconciliations

Handle receivables, payables, and follow-ups

File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) related to exports

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of e:xport documentation & procedures

Hands-on experience with RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, GST refunds

Working knowledge of GST returns & compliance

Experience in perishable exports preferred (food, agri, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce.

Export-Import, Logistics experience/course with 0.5–1 year preferred

Candidates with end-to-end export handling experience will be given priority

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
