About the Role

Sovereign Express Trade (SET) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Executive to join our growing Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling export shipments, coordinating with clients and carriers, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth shipment operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export shipments from booking to final delivery
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, agents, and internal departments
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation accurately
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely movement and delivery
• Handle customer communication through email, phone, and messaging professionally
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping procedures
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and resolve shipment-related issues
• Provide timely updates and excellent customer service to clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Export Logistics or Freight Forwarding
• Strong computer and email handling skills
• Knowledge of export documentation and logistics procedures
• Familiarity with customs software such as Destin8, CNS, or Descartes E-Customs (Preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (Written & Spoken)
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
