Manages daily international logistics execution in line with company transportation agreements.

Ensures vehicles are arranged with 3PL partners in alignment with planned shipments and delivery terms (mainly DAP and DDP).

Tracks and verifies on-time delivery of all export shipments; escalates delays and disruptions proactively.

Coordinates inland transportation within destination countries through collaboration with international partners.

Works closely with the Customer Service team to ensure aligned vehicle planning and timely dispatches.

Provides escalation support during transportation issues, accidents, or missed arrivals.

Acts as back-up to the External Operations & Logistics Procurement Manager, supporting processes related to customs clearance, import/export procedures, and documentation.

Expected to continuously develop knowledge in international logistics regulations and operational best practices.

Contributes to cost-effective and secure logistics operations in an acceleration-focused environment.
