Farmtime Organic Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Export Manager to oversee and expand our international sales operations. The Export Manager will be responsible for developing new markets, managing overseas client relationships, ensuring smooth export documentation and logistics, and achieving growth targets in the global market.

This role demands strong business acumen, knowledge of export procedures, and the ability to identify and develop new international opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand market presence in targeted countries.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new international clients, importers, and distributors.
  • Manage existing export accounts and ensure timely communication, order execution, and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle complete export documentation process — invoices, packing lists, LC, shipping, customs clearance, and other related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade terms (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.), and contracts with buyers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new export destinations, competitors, and product trends.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export-import regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
