Job Title: Export Manager – Freight Forwarding

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Export Manager to oversee and manage export operations for our freight forwarding division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end export shipments, ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, and maintaining smooth coordination with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute complete export operations from documentation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents for timely movement of cargo.
• Ensure all export documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, and packing lists, are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and shipment status updates efficiently.
• Monitor export schedules, track shipments, and resolve any operational or transit issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide high-quality service support.
• Ensure adherence to customs, DGFT, and other international trade compliances.
• Collaborate with the accounts and sales teams for billing and customer support.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3–5 years of proven experience in export operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
