We are looking for a Export Manager to lead and develop our company’s export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in international markets, increasing global sales, and ensuring compliance with all customs and trade regulations in the target countries.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the export strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
  2. Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion in foreign countries.
  3. Oversee all export processes from order receipt to final delivery.
  4. Prepare export contracts and follow up on shipments and customs clearance.
  5. Communicate with international agents, distributors, and clients, and strengthen relationships with them.
  6. Monitor financial collections, and ensure invoices and international payments are in order.
  7. Coordinate with other departments (Production, Finance, Logistics, Marketing).
  8. Ensure compliance with international customs and trade regulations.
  9. Prepare periodic reports on export performance and international sales.
  10. Analyze markets and competitors, and provide development recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade.
  • At least 5 years of experience in export or international sales.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of shipping, customs clearance processes, and international commercial contracts (Incoterms).
  • Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
