The Opportunity
We’re seeking a bold and commercially savvy Business Development Manager to drive Gallagher’s perimeter fencing growth across the Middle East.
Based remotely in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you’ll be a key member of our Rest of World (ROW) Sales team. You’ll work closely with distributors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic sales outcomes and shape the future of perimeter protection in the region.
You’ll drive growth by:
Leading tenders, contract negotiations, and distributor engagement
The Fit
You’re a self-starter with a strong instinct for opportunity. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments and have a proven track record in international sales, channel development, and consultative selling.
Whether you’re negotiating with a distributor in Dubai or presenting to a government agency in Riyadh, you bring deep knowledge of land management systems and hands-on experience with perimeter fencing technologies.
You’re not just independent - you’re unstoppable when given the freedom to build business cases, forge strategic partnerships, and close high-impact deals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:
Experience in wildlife, conservation, or land management sectors
A practical, can-do attitude - agricultural background a plus
