Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Business Development

● Develop and implement export strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

● Identify and explore new international markets, products, and opportunities.

● Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

● Negotiate and finalize contracts with overseas clients and distributors.

2. Sales & Marketing

● Drive international sales and expand the customer base in target regions.

● Develop marketing strategies for brand positioning in global markets.

● Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.

3. Operations & Logistics Management

● Oversee export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping processes.

● Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.

● Ensure timely dispatch of goods and smooth delivery to clients.

4. Compliance & Documentation

● Ensure adherence to all export regulations, trade compliance, and documentation requirements (e.g., LC, Incoterms, HS codes).

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws, taxation, and duty structures.

5. Financial Management

● Monitor pricing strategies, margins, and profitability of export orders.

● Handle foreign currency transactions, payment follow-up, and credit risk management.

● Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.

6. Team Management & Coordination

● Lead and mentor the export team for high performance.

● Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for order fulfillment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.

● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

● Expertise in export marketing and global sales strategies.

● Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

● Graduate in Science (B. Sc.) with mathematics as major

● More than 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Out of which 06 years of experience in export management, with 04 years in a leadership role.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Achievement of export revenue targets.

● Expansion into new markets and increase in customer base.

● On-time shipment and order fulfillment.

● Compliance with export laws and zero penalties.

● Profitability of export operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,600.50 - ₹60,582.96 per month
