Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end export process including documentation, shipment planning, and coordination.
  • Communicate with international clients for order confirmations, queries, and updates.
  • Coordinate with production, packing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely export readiness.
  • Prepare and manage export documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents, etc.
  • Handle negotiations with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
  • Resolve export-related issues such as delays, documentation errors, or logistics challenges.
  • Maintain and update export reports, records, and statutory documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, trade communication, and buyer interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to interact with international clients and logistics partners.
  • Flexible and able to handle time-sensitive and multi-tasking environments.
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms), LC, and international freight processes.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (International Business / Supply Chain preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in export operations in a production/manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of ERP or export management systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
