Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end export process including documentation, shipment planning, and coordination.
- Communicate with international clients for order confirmations, queries, and updates.
- Coordinate with production, packing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely export readiness.
- Prepare and manage export documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents, etc.
- Handle negotiations with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
- Resolve export-related issues such as delays, documentation errors, or logistics challenges.
- Maintain and update export reports, records, and statutory documentation.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, trade communication, and buyer interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact with international clients and logistics partners.
- Flexible and able to handle time-sensitive and multi-tasking environments.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms), LC, and international freight processes.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (International Business / Supply Chain preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in export operations in a production/manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of ERP or export management systems is an advantage.
