Job Summary:

The Export Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing export operations to ensure smooth international trade, compliance with regulations, and achievement of export sales targets. The role involves handling overseas clients, documentation, logistics coordination, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies to expand international markets
• Identify new overseas customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Handle complete export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, and shipping bills
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT, customs, and international trade laws
• Monitor export orders, production schedules, dispatch, and timely delivery
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with international buyers
• Track payments, follow up on receivables, and manage export incentives/benefits
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Prepare export reports, MIS, and forecasts for management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
