You support our team as
IMPORT & EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Manage all import, export, and transit operations in line with customs legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate documentation and information flow between relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance of import/export documents; resolve discrepancies and ensure proper submission.
- Handle permits, notifications, and conformity applications with official institutions.
- Plan and manage supplier payments, customs duties, and financial records.
- Oversee cost control and approval of import/export file expenses.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming goods including unloading, storage, and sales.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation and archiving per regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports requested by senior management.
- Manage GEKAP declarations for imported materials.
- Support daily import payments in the absence of the Finance Manager.
- Coordinate all foreign trade processes and reporting, including stock reconciliations with Authorized Customs Consultants.
- Prepare and follow up on OKSB and EPDK applications.
- Set annual goals for team members, monitor progress, and support development plans.
- Ensure team compliance with laws, regulations, and company principles.
- Lead OPEX initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support team development through training and guidance.
- Stay updated on legal and administrative regulations and report impacts to management.
- Comply with and contribute to the improvement of ISO and IATF standards.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Education Level:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Field of Study:
- Economics and Administrative Sciences
- Transportation and Logistics
- Business and Management Sciences
- Experience:
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a similar role
- Languages:
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- German is a plus
- Certificates & Licenses:
- Valid Class B Driver’s License
- IT Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP
- Other Requirements:
- For male candidates, military service must be completed
- Willingness to travel and openness to international assignments
