Bonn Medical Industries Company Factory is a leading Saudi manufacturing facility specialising in medical products, personal care, and cosmetic preparations. The factory owns and manufactures several brands, including Covix Care , Le Visage , and others, and is committed to delivering high-quality products in compliance with international standards.


Role Objective

The Export Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies across selected international markets. The role focuses on building distribution channels, appointing agents and distributors, achieving country-specific sales targets, and expanding the presence of Bonn Medical brands in regional and international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export sales plans for assigned countries (e.g. Tunisia, Oman, and other target markets).
  • Achieve defined sales targets per country and monitor market performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors, agents, and key partners in each market.
  • Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents to ensure long-term growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand regulatory requirements, pricing structures, and competitive landscapes in target countries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Lead export negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements.
  • Monitor export documentation, compliance requirements, and shipment processes in coordination with logistics partners.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
  • Prepare regular export sales reports, forecasts, and market performance analyses.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales or international business development within the medical, cosmetic, or FMCG sectors .
  • Proven experience in working with distributors and agents across international markets.
  • Strong understanding of export processes, international trade terms (Incoterms), and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Experience in launching brands in new international markets is a plus.



Candidates will be hired from Egypt. Relocation to Riyadh is required.
