Job Description:
Export Manager – FMCG Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of export operations and product portfolios.
- Well-versed in export markets, including destination specifics, quantities, and figures.
- Expertise in shipping lines, empty container arrangements, and survey companies.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures and coordination with clearing agents.
- Maintain detailed export shipment records, including E-Forms from approval to realization.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading of shipments.
- Oversee import/export cargo operations to ensure smooth service.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage payment mechanisms.
- Supervise export-related logistics, documentation, and payments.
- Liaise with banks, shipping companies, clearing agents, transporters, inspection agencies, and fumigation service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and coordinate inspections, results, and timely shipment of containers in collaboration with the operations team.
Job Skills:
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance.
- Advanced planning and process management for export operations.
- In-depth understanding of export procedures and logistics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- B.Com or relevant professional qualification.
Salary Range:
60K to 80K depends on skills and experience
