Department: - Exports / International Business

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage international sales operations, grow export markets, build strong overseas buyer relationships, ensure timely documentation, and drive business expansion aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new international markets, develop export strategies, and execute business development plans.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Handle end-to-end export operations including inquiries, quotations, negotiation, order finalization, and shipment coordination.

- Ensure proper documentation such as commercial invoices, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, LC documentation, etc.

- Coordinate with logistics partners, CHA, freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

- Plan and forecast export demand and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.

- Attend international exhibitions, trade fairs, and represent the company on global platforms when required.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT, customs norms, and international trade guidelines.

- Analyze export market trends, competitor activities, and prepare monthly MIS reports for the Director.

- Work closely with internal teams such as finance, production, and quality for seamless export execution.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business from global clients.

Requisite Skills:

- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international logistics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to independently manage export business operations.

- Market research and international business development capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of LC, FOB/CIF terms, HS codes, and international trade norms.

- Experience in managing overseas distributors and attending export trade shows.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
