Business Development Manager – International Sales (Masterbatch & Packaging Films)About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our international sales in Masterbatches and Packaging Films. The role involves identifying new markets, acquiring clients, managing distributors, and driving business growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in masterbatches, stretch/cling films, and aluminum foil.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with converters, packaging manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Provide technical-commercial support on masterbatch and film applications.
  • Achieve international sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Represent the company at global trade fairs/exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, logistics, and finance for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (FDA, EU, REACH, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years’ experience in international sales (masterbatch/packaging industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of polyolefins, pigments, additives, and packaging applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
