Job Overview

Asian Source Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a results-driven Export Marketing / Sales Manager to develop and manage international markets, drive export sales growth, and build long-term relationships with overseas customers. This role combines export marketing strategy, international sales execution, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in export sales, international trade, and overseas market development, with the ability to independently generate leads, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export marketing and sales strategies for international markets
  • Identify and develop new overseas customers and distributors
  • Manage end-to-end export sales cycle (inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation)
  • Prepare and follow up on export quotations and pricing
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and export documentation teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients
  • Participate in international trade fairs, virtual meetings, and client presentations
  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
  • Achieve assigned export sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in export marketing or international sales
  • Proven experience dealing with overseas buyers and distributors
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and international logistics
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Key Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to generate leads through email marketing, online platforms, and trade networks
  • Professional client communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, email correspondence, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
