Export Operations Executive (Air & Ocean Export)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter invoice and cargo details into the in-house operational software TMF.

Record and acknowledge vendor invoice costs in TMF.

Update and maintain flight booking details or cargo ship booking details in TMF.

Enter product descriptions along with relevant HSN codes in TMF.

Review, verify, and ensure correctness of entries; make necessary corrections in case of errors.

Maintain proper records of export-related documentation in compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of export operations.

TMF is the inhouse software for mantaining operational transactions
