Job Description:
Role Requirements

Strong knowledge of
MS SQL Server (mandatory)

35 years experience in academic operations, exam management, or technical support (preferably NIIT)

Hands-on with
eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite (Student Management System)
&
NAS (Assessment System)
Key Responsibilities
-
Examination Operations
Scheduling, monitoring, audits, grading key management via NAS
-
eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite Management
– Student lifecycle, course setup, global education center support
-
Helpdesk Support
– First-line support for NAS/eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite issues; IT escalation
-
Course & Product Management
– Course launches, assessment prep, courseware (NIIT/vendor)
-
Certificate Processing
– Student certificate requests, printing, issuance
-
Data & Reporting
– SQL-based troubleshooting, validation, MIS dashboards in Excel/Power Query/Power BI
-
Stakeholder Coordination
– Work with extended academic teams, vendors, and 20+ centers worldwide
Required Skills

MS SQL Server expertise

Proficiency in
eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite & NAS

Strong MS Excel (Power Query certification preferred)

Excellent organizational & stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple exams, courses & student support simultaneously
Qualifications

Graduate (mandatory); Postgraduate in Operations/Administration preferred

2–3 years’ experience in examination operations/academic support

Exposure to vendor management & global coordination
