Are You the One?

We are looking for a Solution Partner to join our Export Operations – Foreign Trade Management team! This role is responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries to global customers. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, production, and sales teams to secure smooth execution of export shipments while driving cost and process efficiencies across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations , international trade , or supply chain management .
• Strong knowledge of export regulations , customs documentation , and foreign trade compliance .
• Experience managing sea, air, land, and multimodal export shipments .
• Preferably experienced in the chemical, manufacturing , or related industries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems .
• Advanced English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations , ensuring full compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
• Prepare, control, and archive export documentation ( Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, ATR, EUR.1, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Policy , etc.).
• Monitor customs clearance and proactively resolve potential delays or issues.
• Optimize transportation methods (sea, air, land, multimodal) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Follow up on export licenses, trade incentives, and customs procedures in line with applicable regulations.
• Analyze logistics costs , identify saving opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
• Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives within export operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers, agents, and logistics partners.
• Prepare and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
