  • Job Description:

-Manage to obtain competitive rates and Coordinate export bookings with shipping lines and follow up on confirmations and container release.

-Arrange container movement (pick-up, stuffing, and gate-in) and ensure timely vessel loading.

-Coordinate with customs clearance team to ensure smooth and timely processing of shipments.

-Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational and customs-related issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.

-Follow up on customer payments and ensure document release (HBL/MBL) after full settlement.

-Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation and control operational costs.

-Prepare, review, and issue all export documentation (B/L, invoices, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.).

-Ensure accuracy of shipment details (HS code, Incoterms, consignee information).

-Issue invoices/debit notes via system and share documents with shippers and agents on time.


  • Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience within freight forwarding.

-Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping procedures.

-Experience dealing with shipping lines, customs clearance, and freight agents.

-Good understanding of payment terms, invoicing, and cost control.

-Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
