Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, customs coordination, logistics, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant international shipments. Serve as the operations backbone for the export team and a support system to the sales function

Handle all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BL, COO, etc.) • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping agents

• Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with DGFT/export regulations

• Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records in Tally and Excel

• Track consignments and resolve operational bottlenecks

• Communicate with international clients and internal teams for delivery updates

• Support the sales team with client requirements related to documentation and shipping

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes

• Familiarity with Indian customs, DGFT, and INCOTERMS

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and shipment tracking portals

• Coordination and negotiation with freight and logistics vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
