Export Operations Manager

DEVA has been operating since 1958 and is one of the pioneering pharmaceutical companies in Turkey. DEVA, having R&D in focus, manufactures with international quality standards and currently exports products to other countries worldwide.

DEVA is seeking for an Export Operations Manager;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum10 years of experience in export operations, international trade, or supply chain management.
• Preferably experienced in the pharmacy, chemical, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience managing sea, air, land, and multimodal export shipments.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledgeable about customs regulations, international trade legislation, and export incentives, with the ability to integrate legal requirements into operational processes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
• Follow up on export licenses, trade incentives, and customs procedures in line with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers, agents, and logistics partners.
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare relation report & budget to management.
