Export Retail Sales Executive (Jewelry Export)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Jewelry Sales Executive to join our export division. The ideal candidate will have experience in international B2B & B2C sales, with a deep understanding of jewelry products, export processes, and global market trends. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with overseas clients, managing international sales operations, and achieving export sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms aligned with company policies.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, gemstone specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to international buyers.
• Prepare and manage sales reports, client databases, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
