Active Bioworks is an innovative biotechnology company specializing in fermentation-based and advanced extraction technologies , producing high-value active ingredients for the cosmetics, nutraceutical, agriculture, and animal nutrition industries .

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Executive to lead and grow our business operations across the MENA region .

• Drive sales and business development activities within the MENA markets
• Develop, manage, and support distributor and strategic customer relationships
• Conduct market research and provide insights to support regional growth strategies
• Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
• Coordinate sample shipments, pricing, quotations, purchase orders, and logistics processes
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade standards
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: International Trade, Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields)
• Minimum 3 years of proven export or international sales experience
• Experience in cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or chemical raw materials is an advantage
• Excellent command of English (Arabic or French language skills are a strong plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel internationally when required
