Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Export Sales professional at BAUGRUP. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, managing international sales processes, and fostering communication with clients. The Export Sales role is pivotal in expanding the global reach and sales network of BAUGRUP's construction materials and technologies. This role includes daily communication with international clients, preparing export documents, tracking orders and shipments, and coordinating with logistics.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
Support export and international sales processes
Prepare and follow up on proforma invoices, shipping documents, and export paperwork
Communicate with clients and respond to messages in a timely manner
Track orders, production status, and deliveries without missing details
Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales departments
Maintain organized records and CRM updates
Nice to have (not required)
Experience in construction materials or industrial products is an advantage
Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures
Fluency in multiple languages
