Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Export Sales Agents to promote and sell our Silica Ramming Mass to international clients. The role is 100% commission-based, offering high earning potential for candidates with strong networks in the steel, foundry, and furnace industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire international buyers for Silica Ramming Mass.
• Generate leads through your network, trade platforms, and market intelligence.
• Build strong relationships with importers, distributors, and trading companies.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with our technical and operations team.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and payment methods (preferably advance payment).
• Ensure smooth communication until order finalization and shipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in export sales, industrial minerals, refractory materials, or steel industry supply chain.
• Strong buyer network in countries dealing with induction furnaces and steel melting units.
• Ability to work independently on a commission-only model.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and payment terms is an advantage.
