Export Sales Area Maneger

Istanbul, Turkey

We are looking for an Export Sales Area Manager who will be responsible for Russia , reporting to Export Manager to join us on our Journey for the future of Beyaz Kagit.


You will fit well this role, if you have:


  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputable university (preferably majors with Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering..etc)
  • At least 5 years of full-time international sales experience in FMCG companies , Domestic sales Experience is a plus.
  • Good Knowledge of Russia Federation,
  • Good Network in Russia Federation
  • Russian , English is must,
  • Be a dynamic & good team player, ambition to drive and create successful results
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication , negotiation , relationship building skills
  • Strong awareness, understanding and knowledge of the market & competitors & customers & consumers
  • Ready to travel anytime!


You are expected to:


  • Analysis of potential data in Russia Federation
  • Analysis of potential partners in Russia Federation
  • Analyzing market competitions, prices, products,country custom informations, channel sales business share, universe with country visits,
  • Analyzing and creating best alternative partners with country visits,
  • Preparing value chains, Creating 4P strategies,
  • Creating best Go to Market Plan
  • Communication , negotiation with alternative partners, and penetrating to country with 4P strategies.
  • Tracking of sales and penetration KPI ‘s
  • Management of customer sales and sales operations with related departments like, Customer Services, Production Planing, Operation Team.

Beyaz Kağıt founded at 2005 in Adana Organized Industrial Zone is a production plant on total 172.000 m2 area of which 102.000 m2 is indoor.

Our company manufactures in all groups with “PEROS” which is its primary brand and brings its products to final consumers with its brands such as “ASPEROX”

Beyaz Kağıt plays an important role in foreign market except from internal market. It exports to total 72 countries in Middle East, Africa, the Balkans and Central Asia.
