The Exports Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the sales team, handling export documentation, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, export documentation, and logistics, with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and maintaining customer records.
- Manage and prepare all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Oversee and coordinate logistics and transportation processes for timely and accurate delivery of goods. Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- Process sales orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales and customer data in the company’s CRM system, generating reports as needed for management review.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, production, and procurement, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in handling export documentation and understanding international trade regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
