They handle documentation like invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations, while coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to comply with trade regulations and meet deadlines.Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, tracking shipments, negotiating rates with carriers, resolving issues like delays or compliance problems, and maintaining accurate records for reporting.
