Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Freight Forwarding professional, based in New Cairo. The role involves managing freight forwarding operations, developing export strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include providing freight transportation solutions, liaising with clients to meet logistics needs, and fostering long-term customer partnerships. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
• Knowledge of Forwarding and Export processes
• Strong Customer Service skills in a logistics or cargo-focused environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team-based setting
• Prior experience in the logistics, shipping, or customs clearance sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
