Import Freight Specialist

· In-charge for Import Operations

· Dealing with overseas and local agents for freight inquiries

· Dealing with local shipping lines and agents for freight inquiries

· Coordinating with clients / agents / shipping lines / 3PL

· Able to present quotations to clients and agents

· Receiving Credit and Debit notes and forwarding to accounts team

· Coordinating with accounts team for payables and receivables

· Opening files

· Closing files

· Submitting weekly report to Management

· And other miscellaneous operational tasks

· Entering all data in system

· Maintaining hard copies of files

· Reporting to head freight and other departments

· Preparing & sending Arrival Notifications

· Releasing D/O

· Receiving Documents

· Sending Documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Freight Forwarding: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
