- Handle customer enquiries promptly and prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Ensure timely response to all enquiries and maintain a high quotation conversion efficiency.
- Verify price lists and prepare quotations with correct pricing and details.
- Prepare accurate part codes, quantities, and pricing for export orders.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Prepare and verify export documentation including Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for smooth shipment processing.
- Track shipments and update customers on dispatch details and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Communicate order status and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence, contracts, and sales activities.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with the finance department regarding credit terms.
- Ensure all export documentation complies with international trade regulations and destination country requirements.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports as required by management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.
