Export Sales Engineer (PH Nationality)

Job Description:

SFFECO GLOBAL FZE is looking for an experienced and motivated Local Sales Engineer with a strong background in firefighting systems sales. The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE and have a thorough understanding of the local fire safety market and UAE Civil Defense regulations. The role focuses on handling client inquiries, preparing competitive offers, and converting leads into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales inquiries related to firefighting systems and products.

• Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and compliance documents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and resellers.

• Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, stock availability, and product selection.

• Follow up with clients on quotations and negotiations to close deals.

• Stay updated with Civil Defense-approved product standards and certification requirements.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team leader/manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the UAE in the firefighting industry.

• Strong knowledge of products such as fire pumps, extinguishers, sprinklers, valves, and related systems.

• Familiar with UAE Civil Defense regulations and NFPA standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
