Export Sales Executive

The Export Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing international sales, identifying new overseas markets, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders in compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international markets and customers
  • Manage export sales inquiries, quotations, and order negotiations
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment
  • Prepare and review export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and trade laws
  • Maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients
  • Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
  • Handle payment terms, LC coordination, and follow-up for collections
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate export sales records and MIS reports
