Executive – Export Sales (European Car & Truck Auto Spare Parts)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive to lead and grow our European automotive aftermarket spare parts business. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge, a solid understanding of European markets, and a proven ability to drive international B2B sales. This role involves strategic planning, market development, and customer relationship management to ensure consistent business growth.
Age Range:
30 – 35 years
Key Result Areas (KRA):
· Revenue generation from assigned export markets
· Acquisition and onboarding of new B2B clients
· Retention and growth of existing customer accounts
· Competitor and market intelligence reporting
· Promotion of brand and product in designated territories
· Achievement of sales and profitability targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
· Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
· Growth rate in customer base and revenue
· Customer satisfaction and retention metrics
· Gross margin performance
· Number and quality of client engagements
· Market penetration and expansion
· Timely and accurate sales reporting
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Higher Secondary with strong industry experience may be considered
Educational Stream (Preferred):
· Commerce
· Business Administration
· Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new international business opportunities
· Maintain and expand existing customer accounts
· Build market-specific strategies and competitive pricing
· Liaise with logistics and operations for order management
· Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs
· Provide regular market intelligence and feedback
· Generate sales forecasts and performance reports
· Promote relevant aftermarket brands in personal and commercial segments
· Follow up on outstanding payments and manage credit terms
· Coordinate with technical teams for product verification
Skills and Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of European auto spare parts (including part numbers)
· Excellent negotiation, closing, and margin management skills
· Ability to analyze and respond to market trends and competition
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
· Willingness to travel internationally
· Team collaboration and adaptability
Work Experience:
· 5–6 years in export sales within the automotive spare parts industry
· Prior experience in UAE market with established export client
Language Skills:
· English – Fluent (mandatory)
· Arabic – Advantageous

Salary Range:
AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
