  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Manage end-to-end export sales operations, including negotiations, pricing, contracts, and documentation.
  • Stay updated with international trade regulations, compliance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international buyer meetings.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree is a must; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales specifically within the Basmati Rice industry (mandatory).
  • Strong network and knowledge of international Basmati Rice markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
