Position: Export Sales Head

*Department:* Exports (Namkeen, Sweets & Ghee Division)

*Reporting To: * Managing Director / VP – Operations

*Experience Required: * 10+ Years in FMCG / Food Export (Preferably in Namkeen, Sweets, Ghee)

*Location:*Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage international markets for Namkeen, Sweets & Ghee.

· Handle complete export operations – documentation, logistics, payments, and compliance.

· Build distributor networks in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, USA, Canada and new potential regions.

· Ensure export-quality standards, labelling, and packaging compliance.

· Achieve monthly & annual export sales targets.

· Report market trends, competitor analysis, and profitability updates.

Qualification & Skills

· MBA / PG in International Business or relevant field.

· Strong network in global food trade.

· Knowledge of export laws, INCOTERMS, and documentation.

· Excellent negotiation & communication skills.

Incentives based on export performance, shipment count, new country/distributor addition, and turnover growth

Other Details

· Probation: 6 Months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
