Export Sales Manager

Ankara, Turkey

We are a leading supplier of raw materials and specialty products to pet food manufacturers in Turkey and worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated Export Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving sales budgets and targets, managing customer relationships, introducing our products and services to new markets and clients, acquiring new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills to communicate effectively with international customers and will take an active role in export processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in pet food and animal feed
  • Strong background in sales and customer relationship management
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Result-oriented and highly motivated to work with targets
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of raw materials and specialty products in both domestic and export markets
  • Manage existing customer portfolio and identify potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Oversee and coordinate export processes (quotations, order management, logistics, customs procedures)
  • Conduct market research and develop sales strategies for target regions
  • Represent the company at fairs, conferences, and trade events
