Business Strategy Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Engagement and Relationship Management,
• Cross-Functional Collaboration,
• Leadership and Strategic Thinking,
• Problem-Solving and Decision Making,
• Proposal & Presentation Development,
• Portfolio Management,
• Bid Management,
• Data Analytics - Reporting,
• Delegation Management - Hosting International Delegations & Events / Fairs on behalf of the company,
• Undertake any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the supervisors,
• Business Development,
• Customer Visits,
• Taking ownership of certain offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• At least 3 years of experience in the field is MUST,
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English), with the ability to present confidently to senior leaders and diverse audiences,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations,
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions without constant supervision,
• Proficiency in developing proposals, and other business development materials,
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously,
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.

PREFERRED / PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are preferred. Technical Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication or Engineering will also be preferred.
