As a leading, multinational manufacturer of electric vehicles and one of Türkiye’s top exporters in the sector, we are looking for an Export Sales Manager to be assigned to our Gebze and Düzce location.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in export sales or international sales
  • Preferably experienced in the automotive, electric vehicles, machinery, or industrial products sectors
  • Excellent command of English (a second foreign language is an advantage)
  • Experienced in managing international customer relationships and distributor networks
  • Proficient in commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management
  • Strong analytical thinking, results orientation, and strategic planning skills
  • Experienced in ERP/CRM systems
  • Willing and able to travel internationally
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management
  • Knowledgeable about international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics processes
  • Experienced in export order management, shipment planning, and supply chain coordination
  • Skilled in global market analysis, competitor tracking, and sales reporting
  • Proficient in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and profitability management
  • Experienced in CRM and sales data analytics for customer segmentation and performance tracking
  • Basic technical knowledge of product specifications and electric vehicle technologies
  • Experience in organizing international trade fairs and customer visits


Job Description

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s export sales strategies
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with existing international customers and driving sales growth
  • Conducting market research to identify new markets, distributors, and dealers to expand the global network
  • Setting annual sales targets and planning necessary actions to achieve them
  • Managing pricing, international distributor agreements, and commercial negotiations
  • Monitoring global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Ensuring smooth order-to-delivery operations by coordinating with product management, production, logistics, and finance teams
  • Controlling all processes in compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements
  • Planning and managing participation in international fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits
  • Preparing regular sales reports and presenting results to senior management
