We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in dairy products , for a high-impact Sales Export Manager role to drive international business expansion and accelerate export-led growth. The role follows a hybrid working model, with regular in-person collaboration at the Ras Al Khaimah office twice a week to ensure strong alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans under the direction of the Sales Head
  • Develop new local and international customer accounts
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate internally
  • Support export sales activities and documentation when required
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline updates

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in dairy products (mandatory)
  • Exposure to export sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Target-driven, proactive, and commercially disciplined
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Growth-oriented mindset
