Export Sales Manager


We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to join Duravit Türkiye , part of the globally renowned Duravit Group headquartered in Germany, with over 200 years of expertise in bathroom design and innovation.

Based in Istanbul, the Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales activities across key export markets in the Eastern region of Türkiye. The role involves close collaboration with dealers, architects, designers, and contractors, with a strong focus on expanding market presence and driving sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the existing dealer network in assigned export markets
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
  • Represent Duravit in international meetings, fairs, and client visits


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export or international sales, preferably in building materials or related industries
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
