Export Sales Manager (Frozen Food)

We are seeking an experienced international business professional with a strong background in frozen food exports and global market expansion.

Role Overview:

The Export Lead will be responsible for driving international sales growth, developing new export markets, and managing distributor relationships across key global regions. The role requires deep knowledge of export documentation, compliance, cold chain logistics, and international trade regulations specific to frozen food products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the export strategy aligned with company growth objectives.

Identify and penetrate new international markets for frozen food products.

Manage overseas distributors, agents, and key accounts.

Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.

Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and export regulations.

Oversee export documentation, regulatory approvals, certifications, and shipping processes.

Coordinate with Supply Chain and Production to ensure timely fulfillment and cold chain integrity.

Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand.

Achieve export revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.

5–10 years of relevant experience in Frozen Food Manufacturing exports.

Strong exposure to international markets (Middle East, Africa, Europe, or other regions preferred).

In-depth understanding of export compliance, logistics, and international trade documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
