Export Sales & Operations Senior Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented “Export Sales & Operations Senior Specialist” to join our dynamic “Export Sales Department” team. This role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage and develop existing business partners, ensuring sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction,
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and national/international retailers (supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, etc.),
  • Drive export sales performance by ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and timely execution of customer orders.
  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable sales plans,
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets based on past performance, current trends, and market dynamics,
  • Travel abroad for existing and/or new business partner visits and attend international fairs in order to represent the company,
  • Monitor the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the Export Area Sales Manager regularly,
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of all order-to-delivery steps, including proforma approval, document preparation, logistics coordination, and communication between all stakeholders,
  • Monitor shipment processes to ensure on-time delivery and maintain efficient communication with customers throughout,
  • Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics & external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preparation for the shipment.



QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales and operations, preferably in the FMCG sector,
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Arabic,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Experienced in customs procedures and foreign trade legislation,
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach,
  • Strong planning, communication and coordination skills,
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills,
  • No restrictions to travel abroad.
