Export Sales Responsible

We are searching for dynamic members to be assigned as "Export Sales Responsible" in RBS Building Solutions Turkey for our rapidly growing organization.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales/export positions; experience in the insulation or construction industry is an advantage,
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational and planning skills, with a target-oriented approach,
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills,
• Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making,
• No restrictions on international travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage marketing and sales activities for assigned regions in export markets,
• Identify, approach, and secure new customers through alternative sales channels and proactive market research,
• Prepare business plans and projects to increase sales in target markets,
• Follow up and finalize projects aimed at increasing sales in target markets,
• Analyze competitors and their products in relevant regions,
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders until final delivery,
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business,
• Coordinate closely with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely export operations,
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote the company’s products and expand market presence,
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making,
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review,
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements in all transactions,
• Contribute to product development feedback based on customer needs and market demands.
